#24 Dog

A few years ago, I saw this dog at the Tempe Art Fair.  He was with his owner.   They were in compliance with the leash law.  The dog had a leash but the law doesn't say it has to be in the owner's hands.  So every-time they go somewhere the dog would pick up his leash and continued onward.
