#9 Hockey

 Late in 2012, Scottsdale police held a charity event again another hockey team which had a couple of former Phoenix Coyote players.  A friend needed another photographer, so I gladly volunteered.  They allowed me in the player's box.  What a tremendous opportunity.  Usually you have to be behind the glass or sticking your lens through a small opening.  This photo shows the goalie stopping a shot by a former pro player.  The ice is flying as the puck hits the stick.  I took only one photo of this action, even though my camera will do several frames a second.
